A community needs assessment provides deep understanding of patron and community needs through a thorough process of information gathering, synthesis, and presentation.

This can include a:

  • Stakeholder engagement summary
  • Updated mission and vision statements
  • Community priorities and goals document
  • Implementation roadmap

We will use the community needs assessment to analyze community input and guide upcoming changes to the Library, ensuring it can better benefit you.

Your feedback will be used to create goals and priorities for our community needs assessment. This information is crucial for identifying how capital and operating investments will be used in the coming years.
